3) الأسعار والعملة الأسعار المعروضة داخل المتجر تكون بالعملة المحددة في النظام. نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت دون أثر رجعي على الطلبات المؤكدة والمدفوعة.
4) توفر المنتجات قد تتغير حالة توفر المنتجات. في حال تعذر توفير منتج بعد تأكيد الطلب، سيتم التواصل مع العميل لإيجاد حل مناسب (استبدال/استرجاع).
5) الطلبات والدفع يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد إتمام الدفع بنجاح. يجب التأكد من صحة بيانات العنوان ورقم الهاتف لضمان نجاح التسليم.
6) العنوان ومعلومات التسليم يجب إدخال العنوان بشكل دقيق (الشارع، رقم المبنى، الولاية/المنطقة، رقم الهاتف). أي تأخير أو فشل بالتسليم بسبب بيانات غير صحيحة يتحمل مسؤوليته العميل.
7) سياسة الاستخدام المقبول يمنع إساءة استخدام الموقع أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به أو التلاعب بالأسعار/الطلبات.
8) حدود المسؤولية يعمل المتجر على تقديم معلومات دقيقة حول المنتجات، وقد تختلف الألوان أو التفاصيل البسيطة حسب شاشة العرض. لا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية سوء الاستخدام أو الحساسية الناتجة عن استخدام منتج بشكل مخالف لتعليماته.
